El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors, unless otherwise provided in this Solicitation, to furnish all labor, tools and equipment for the upgrade and replacement of existing lights for the LED Retrofit Project for El Paso County Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management. Work is anticipated to be completed between August 1, 2024, and April 30, 2025. El Paso County is currently completing modernization projects of multiple buildings. This project involves retrofitting or replacing High Intensity Discharge (HID), fluorescent, and incandescent fixtures with Light Emitting Diode (LED) products.
