RFP-15-049 - On-Call Construction management/Owner Representative Services

Summary of Specifications:
El Paso County Public Services Department is seeking proposals from qualified professional construction management/owner representative firms with government construction experience to provide On-Call Construction Management/Owner Representative Services. The Public Services Department (PSD) intends to retain a professional consulting firm to provide the Owner’s Representative services to assist with the design and/or construction coordination of projects with a focus on, but not limited to, new construction, infrastructure assessments, property condition assessments, facility and infrastructure master planning, additions, remodels and alterations to existing facilities. The Owner’s Representative may be required to provide comprehensive services in the organization, coordination, funding and financial analysis, management and administration required for all aspects of a particular project. This will include without limitation, planning, programming, site investigation, sustainability, cost estimating, financial consulting, design, construction administration and project closeout.
