Description

El Paso County Facilities & Strategic Infrastructure Management Department (County) is seeking written best-value bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to provide general pesticide services for El Paso County owned or leased facilities. Contractor bid shall include costs necessary to perform services as specified herein. Contractor’s price shall include labor, cost for inspection, and pesticide services during normal business hours, after hours, and weekends and holidays as required in the attached Bid Form. Base bid will include cost to accomplish all aforesaid services as stated herein and as directed by the County. The bid cost shall be quoted on a monthly/quarterly and extended annual price per facility as outlined in Appendix “A” Bid Form.
