RFP-24-090 - Useful Public Service Program

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced, Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the El Paso County Useful Public Service Program (UPS).
The UPS is fully funded through participant client fees. There will be El Paso County oversight of the program. It is expected that the business and its team members will have significant experience with this type of work. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are qualified professionals. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent Contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation. The successful Contractor shall be solely responsible for scheduling and coordinating work of the subcontractors, suppliers, community partnerships, site agreements, and other individuals or entities performing or furnishing any of the work under direct or indirect contract with the successful Contractor.
