17-084 - WIC Building Remodel

El Paso County Public Health (“Public Health”) is seeking written Best-Value Bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials services for El Paso County Public Health WIC Remodel Project which includes selective demolition, interior architectural woodwork, building insulation, fire stopping, mechanical and electrical services as identified within these IFB documents and drawings.  All services and materials shall be provided per the following scope of work, requirements and attached drawing(s).

Contractor shall be responsible for the installation, all labor, equipment, and materials per construction drawings provided by Tremmel Design Group, LLC
