Additional Bidding Instructions

Bidder must have been in business at least 5 years doing work similar to scope of work for this solicitation. Include Company History in bid submission.

Bidder must include 3 references for similar work completed in the last 3 years. References must include name, email, phone number, address of contact, scope of work, and price. Include References in Bid submission.

Project Schedule: Provide a schedule from receipt of PO to project completion. Project must be completed before July 30, 2024. If bidder cannot complete project within this time, bidder may be disqualified at the District’s discretion. Bidder can work on this project during Spring Break (Mar 18-29) and or Summer Break (beginning May 28, 2024).

Bid Forms (see bid documents) must be submitted for each location. A lump-sum bid for all 9 locations will not be accepted.

For this solicitation, bids will be accepted using an online submission through bidnetdirect.com. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Offerors should submit one PDF file that contains all required bid submission documents. The file name should include the following title: IFB number, IFB title and the Offeror’s name.
