District 49 is looking for an owner’s representative to provide leadership and management of various projects across the District. Sealed proposals must be received by hand delivery or mailed to Purchasing Manager, 10850 E. Woodmen Rd, Peyton, CO 80831 by 2pm on January 9th, 2017. Proposals received after this time may be disqualified at D49’s discretion. It is the proposing applicant’s responsibility to confirm receipt by the deadline established.
Submit four (4) hard copies of the Proposal response documents in a sealed package clearly identifying that this is a response to this RFP, addressed to the District. Deliver to the Owner/Client address noted in Section 7.1 above. Proposals shall be in an 8 ½” x 11” format and should only include information relevant to the project being proposed.
