The District contact at the site visit is Jim Rohr; he will meet all prospective proposers at the entrance to the school. Please do not arrive late as this disrupts the conference.
The site visit is mandatory. Any contractor intending to offer a proposal on this project must attend. There are site conditions that may not be depicted in the scope of work or the drawings that will affect your price. Additionally, the School District will answer questions at the site visit. Please bring a valid Driver's License to check into the school.
Visitors are not allowed to show up unannounced to review the site at any other time.
