Remove and replace fencing fabric on four tennis courts and one basketball court at Clement Park. Fencing is 10' tall, 9 gauge core, 6 gauge finish, black vinly fencing fabric. Repair and replace existing 1 5/8" rails and gates as necessary. Level posts as necessary and replace the fabric on existing gates.
