FRCC-22-03-L - Challenger Point - Mechanical Renovation

The scope of the project will include a complete replacement of all of Challenger Points mechanical system and a complete control system replacement to Campus Standard ASI controls.  In migrating from pneumatic controls to DDC, the successful Design/Builder needs to address a solution to the existing pneumatic controlled fire damper system. 
The Design/Builder must include all necessary engineering including structural engineering for any roof curb modifications or evaluations of new RTU’s on the current structural system for code compliance.  The roof will be replaced under a separate contractor but all mechanical work associated with new RTU’s including roof curbs is the responsibility of the Deign/Builder with this project.
