Garfield County will only accept electronic bid submissions. All bids must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic bids are submitted prior to closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS.
