Summary of Specifications:
In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide all permits, labor, materials, tools, equipments, and accessories required to complete the Bridge Scour Protection Project on the following bridges: County Road 108 – Carbondale County Road 311 - Silt County Road 300 - Parachute Contract award is inclusive of all three bridge projects. Bidders must bid on all three locations to be responsive.
