B. NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit shall be held on Thursday, October 18th, 2018 at 10:00 AM starting at the Procurement Department conference Room, 810 Pitkin Ave. Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. The purpose of this conference and site visit is to give perspective offerors a forum to meet with Garfield County and design personnel in order to ask questions to better prepare their respective Bids.

Offerors are cautioned that in no event shall failure to familiarize themselves with the requirements of this solicitation or to resolve ambiguous or inconsistent terms or conditions of this solicitation or proposed contract constitute grounds for a claim of any kind after contract award.
