Summary of Specifications:
The actual services to be performed will be determined by the County to include but not limited to the following areas:

• Analyze real estate redevelopment opportunities vis-a-vis their economic advantage to the County. This includes property tax benefits, neighborhood and business impacts, infrastructure improvements, job creation, etc.

• Advise the County on various forms of public investment and analyze the cost/benefit impact of each form

• Analyze and recommend to the County the effects of public investment in order for the County to make policy decisions on the use of public funds to promote private investment

• Cooperate and assist various private landowners, developers, or investors in the evaluation or execution of their projects to maximize the benefits to the County.
