Summary of Specifications:
In accordance with Article 5.3 of the Garfield County Procurement Code (“GCPC”), Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed Proposals from qualified Design/Build Firms to design and construct an observation deck. The observation deck will be located at the Rifle Garfield County Airport, 0375 C.R. 352, Bldg. 2060, Rifle, CO 81650. The structure is to be used by the BLM, Forest Service and the State of Colorado Fire Prevention Department.
