DELIVERY OF BIDS. Garfield County will only accept electronic bid submissions during theCOVID-19 crisis. All proposals must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System
(RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic proposals are submitted prior to proposal closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS. If website or other problems arise during response submission, vendor MUST contact RMEPS to resolve issue prior to the response deadline at 800-835-4603. Electronic proposals shall be uploaded as a single PDF file.
