Summary of Specifications:
Garfield County Maintenance Department will receive sealed bids from qualified, licensed plumbing contractors whereby the Contractor will accomplish plumbing work for Garfield County in a reliable and timely manner. The Contractor shall have the capability to furnish plumbing repair and related piping maintenance at various County facilities. Work hall be performed on an as needed basis. The firm awarded this contract must have expertise in plumbing, furnace and boiler repairs and have plumbers available on 24-hour call. The response time for emergency will be within two (2) hours from call out.
