Description

It is the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Harrison School District 2 with a preschool provider licensed in Colorado. The RFP is for services offered during the 2021/2022 school year.

The Colorado Preschool Program provides preschool age children a high-quality preschool experience. Developmental risk factors may also be considered. Preschool classes must be offered in group sizes of 16 children or less. Programs must provide comprehensive early childhood services to children and families including a minimum of 360 preschool classroom hours during the school year.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Proposals submitted in response to this RFP are required to include a table of contents, number pages and labeling of tabbed items. A sharable digital version must be e-mailed to purchasing@hsd2.org and a total of six (6) copies must be submitted in a sealed package labeled "Requests for Proposals for Preschool Provider #2020-600-01". Responses are due on or before 11:00 A.M., MST, 01/06/2021. Late responses will NOT be considered and will be returned unopened.
