Description

The Carroll Butts Athletic Park Indoor Sports Arena (CBAP) is located at 4201 West 94th Ave, Westminster, CO 80031. There are two roofs on the CBAP building. The lower roof which is approximately 9100 square feet has hail damage and requires tear off and replacement. The new roofing detail should match the upper roof detail as described in the attached specification. This roof detail has a class IV hail rating. The gutters of both the upper roof and the lower roof need to be either repaired or replaced. Snow guards need to be installed on the south side of the upper roof.
