Construction of four (4) dedicated Pickle Ball courts complete with fencing, lights, court equipment and two (2) shade shelters with double benches. Courts to be post-tension concrete including acrylic color surfacing and striping. Site grading will be required along with some new and replacement sidewalk construction. Shelter construction could be completed by sub-contractors. Final landscaping will be completed under a different contract.
