The service center contains a central hub for network distribution for the Library’s data and telephone server network. Current environmental configuration has two older stand-alone cooling/heat pump systems and a building HVAC system that condition the environmental air in the server room.

Proposals must be emailed only to RFP@jeffcolibrary.org with the subject line “Response to JCPL LSC
Computer Room HVAC RFP 18-10”. No late responses will be accepted. Each respondent is solely
responsible for the timely delivery of its response. Should the responding firm encounter difficulties with
delivery of response, it may contact Procurement.JCPL@JeffcoLibrary.org for assistance. Proof of date
and time of failed attempt will be required. There will be no formal bid opening.
