Each respondent is solely responsible for the timely delivery of its response. Should the responding firm encounter difficulties with delivery of response, it may contact Procurement.JCPL@JeffcoLibrary.org for assistance. Proof of date and time of failed attempt will be required. There will be no formal bid opening.
