IFB-23839 - 2015 Remaining Fleet Vehicle Needs

Summary of Specifications:
A one-time purchase of several vehicles to satisfy remaining 2015 fleet needs for the District, to include: 

- Four (4) 1-Ton 4x4 Extended Cab Pickup Trucks (Ford or Chevrolet only) 

- One (1) 1-Ton 4x4 Standard Cab Dual-Wheel Cab and Chassis Truck (Ford or Chevrolet only) 

- One (1) 1-Ton Cargo Van (Ford or Chevrolet only) 

- One (1) Ford Transit Connect XL or XLT Cargo Van 

For each of the vehicles listed above, the District would like pricing for: 

- 2015 Model Year (new) - 2016 Model Year (new; if available) 

Specifications for each vehicle listed above are based on the state vehicle bid award standards or equivalent, with any exceptions noted in the full list of specifications for each vehicle, as described later in the Submittal Requirements section. 

All units are to be in-stock and ready for immediate delivery upon award. 

The District reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation to obtain the needed vehicles, if deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
