80232. We will meet in the MAIN OFFICE to check in. Attendance by subcontractors is highly
recommended but not required.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Each bid must be submitted on a form, a specimen copy of which is enclosed in these documents. General
Contractors who receive Construction Documents may print and submit the Bid Proposal and Bid Bond Forms
from the Project Manual or any Addenda. Each bid must be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the
amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in the form of a Bid Security Bond issued by a
company rated not lower than A- in Bests Insurance Guide, latest edition, cashier’s check, or certified check.

Bids will only be accepted from pre-qualified contractors.
