IFB-21778 - Custodial Supplies

Summary of Specifications:
The District seeks to obtain firm pricing for custodial supplies. The bid is broken into three primary categories, chemicals, paper/plastic products, and general custodial supplies. The District anticipates making primary award to one vendor for each category, but reserves the right to award in whichever manner provides the greatest advantage to the District. 

The District spends approximately $350,000 per year on custodial supplies, excluding paper towels and toilet tissue. Of the three categories, approximately 35% of the budget is spent on chemicals, 28% on paper/plastic products, and 37% on general custodial supplies. 

The items listed in this solicitation represent approximately 90% of the District custodial supplies usage. The District is seeking discounts off list price for items not expressly listed in this document. Current catalogs must be submitted with the bid, and vendors must be willing to honor the discount off list price for the entire term of the resulting agreement.
