Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the District is seeking responses from qualified offerors to provide a challenge course built for training and programming, as its secondary purpose. The location of the course is at Warren Tech, 13300 W 2nd Pl., Lakewood, CO 80228. Offerors and potential offerors to this RFP are referred to as “Offerors” or “Offeror” in this RFP. The course will be utilized by a staff of individuals with 40+ years of experience in the challenge course industry, including the building and oversight of programming. The intent of the challenge course for our technical school is to expose and prepare our students for jobs in the outdoor industry.
