25-13442T-FM - Environmental Consultant Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish potential Master Contracts with the top-rated consultants to provide the County with  services for an Environmental Consultant to provide various Services on an as-needed basis including, but not limited to investigation and analysis of potential hazardous substances, asbestos containing material sampling, lead based paint bulk sampling, water intrusion damage investigation, pre/post mold air sampling, abatement and/or remediation scope definition, design and contract documentation preparation, bid analysis, on-site inspections with air monitoring and final inspection and documentation.
