DESCRIPTION:
SCOPE
The County of Jefferson, Colorado, by and through its Purchasing Manager, is accepting bids for a SEWER JETTER TRUCK in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these bid documents.
SUBMISSIONS & OPENING
The County will only accept offers through the Rocky Mountain e-Procurement System (RMEPS) Platform. No paper or late bids will be accepted. All preliminary tabulations, final tabulations and lists of respondents will be posted to the Platform when they are available to the public.
PARTICIPATION
In order to view solicitation requirements, view the schedule, pose questions, receive updates and addenda or submit an offer please click the 'PARTICIPATE' or 'ACCEPT' button. After clicking the participate button you will be prompted to login or register your company. Clicking the participate
button does not obligate you to submit a response. We recommend that you register and participate as soon as possible in order to stay informed on this solicitation.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE
There will not be a pre-bid conference for this solicitation.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is stated in the Solicitation Schedule. Questions must be submitted through the RMEPS Platform using the Question & Answer feature. All responses by the County to questions submitted prior to the deadline will be made within the RMEPS Platform.
ADDENDA/REVISIONS/QUESTION & ANSWERS
Participants are required to review all revisions to the Solicitation Package and all published Questions and Answers before submitting an offer. Make sure that the latest version of documents have been reviewed as well as all public announcements.
