INVITATION TO BID

The County of Jefferson, Colorado, by and through its Purchasing Manager, is accepting bids for the Boiler Replacement at Remington Bldg. in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these bid documents.

Bidders wishing to participate in this ITB process should ensure they have all addenda prior to submission of bids. Failure to acknowledge receipt of any addenda applicable to this project could result in the rejection of your response.

This project and any subsequent addenda will be posted to the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) website (www.RockyMountainBidSystem.com). Bidders are encouraged to register with RMEPS for this and other opportunities.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting

Any contractor wishing to provide a bid on this project will have an opportunity to meet with the County’s representative and address any questions that may arise. All contractors should become familiar with Bid Invitation documents prior to attending the meeting.
