Summary of Specifications:
Proposals will be accepted from qualified organizations interested in providing alcohol education and intervention services for first-time underage offenders who have violated municipal and state alcohol use and possession ordinances and statutes, or comparable school or agency policies. Parents or guardians of offenders under age 18 will be required to attend group education and intervention classes, and all fees will be paid by offenders and their families directly to the provider.
