Notice is hereby given that La Plata County will accept sealed bids for one 2008 diesel powered, pneumatic tire, hydraulically operated articulating wheel loader.

One (1) original and One (1) complete copies of the sealed bid, clearly marked “2008 Wheel Loader”, will be received by the administrative staff of the La Plata County Procurement Division, 235 Bodo Drive, Durango, Colorado 81303 until 10:30 a.m. January 23, 2008. As soon as practical after the closing time, the bids shall be opened in public and read aloud. Bids received after the closing time shall be returned, unopened, to the bidder.
