RFP-16-001-1025 - Ballot and Election Material Printing

Summary of Specifications:
The La Plata County Board of County Commissioners through the Procurement Division is seeking bids for a County Official’s printing, specifically ballots and other related election materials for elections in 2016. The Contractor must meet the following minimum requirements: • Maintain the required insurance certificates required by the State; • Capacity and proven experience in printing ballots/documents that contain variable data from a file; • Experience printing ballots used with the ESS voting systems; and • Ballots must be printed and shipped, if applicable, within the Continental United States of America AND must be mailed to the individual voters within the State of Colorado to avoid prohibitive delays.
