IFB-08-076-4200 - County Road 501 Bear Creek Bridge Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
The work scope for this Project shall include the following items (quantities are approximate, refer to the bid schedule for actual bid quantities): 

1. Clearing and grubbing of construction areas; 2. Reconstruction of approximately 420 linear feet of roadway including: excavation, placement of embankment, placement of ABC gravels and hot mix asphalt paving; 3. Removal and salvage of existing bridge; 4. Structure excavation; 5. Construction of detour and installation of temporary bridge (bridge to be supplied by County); 6. Installation of steel H-piles; 7. Construction of concrete foundation system; 8. Installation of pre-cast Conspan concrete bridge and wingwalls (bridge and wingwalls to be supplied by County); 9. Structure backfill; 10. Construction of concrete headwall and wingwalls on culvert pipe; 11. Construction surveying; 12. Traffic control during construction including: temporary signs, flagging, and barricades; 13. Guardrail; 14. Materials testing, and 15. Erosion control.
