Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County is seeking bid for the construction of a Park-N-Ride parking lot at 56 County Road 302 Durango, Colorado. The work scope for this Project generally shall include the following items:

• Construction Surveying • Subgrade Preparation • Storm drain culverts and conveyances • Aggregate Base Course Materials • Asphalt pavement • Signage and Striping • Seeding and Mulching

Refer to specifications and plans for full details except that the Bid Form shall take precedence over the plans for quantities. The Construction period is Thirty (30) working days beginning upon the Notice to Proceed which is estimated to be April 1, 2016.
