IFB-108271 - Plotter Maintenance Service

Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County Government is seeking bids for the maintenance of large scale printing equipment in the Geographic Information Services department. The term of this contract shall be from October 1, 2008 until September 30, 2009. Subject to annual budget appropriations, at the end of the applicable term, this contract shall automatically renew for two additional one-year terms, unless the County gives 30 day written notice of its intent not to renew. All bid prices are subject to the current term and all subsequent terms. Any financial obligations of the County hereunder payable after the current fiscal year is contingent upon funds for that purpose being budgeted, appropriated, or otherwise made available.
