Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County currently utilizes credit cards for small purchases made by departments, travel and training. County wants to replace that program with purchasing cards (p-cards). The current use in the credit card program was approximately $400,000 per year. The purpose of changing from our existing program would be to achieve several goals including but not limited to efficiency and greater use of cards for purchases.
