Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County is seeking a highway or county road experienced firm or individual to provide consulting services and general certified appraisal services for Right-of-Way Acquisition related to the reconstruction or improvements for County Roads. Any party interested in providing these services must be familiar with the Colorado Department of Transportation Right of Way Manual Chapters 3 and 4 prior to submitting a proposal. The appraisal services can be provided directly by the consultant or by sub-consultant.
