Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking bids from a qualified printer for a County Official’s printing, specifically ballots and other related election materials for both the primary and general elections in 2008 including variable data printing and mailing services for mail out ballots. The County currently uses Diebold elections equipment for the automated processing of ballots. The quality and exact layout of the printed material is critical to the process. The printer must be registered as a certified ballot printer with the Secretary of State, State of Colorado and maintain the required insurance certificates required by the State.
