RFP-08-080-2301 - Supplemental Insurance

Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County, Colorado is requesting written proposals from qualified firms to provide a variety of supplement insurance policies to employees. Qualified firms will have extensive experience in provides such policies and shall be licensed to provide such services in Colorado. The County in no way wishes to limit the employee’s ability to choose supplemental policies with any provider that may offer individual policies that do not require the employer’s participation. The County would like to offer the convenience of payroll deduct plans through a single provider.
