Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this bid to establish the terms, conditions, and prices for Bus Parts - Automotive Supplies to be stocked by the District on an open-end annual contract basis, all in accordance with the attached documents. This is a relatively new bid for Laramie County School District Number One. There is very little history in relation to the quantities stated for the parts requested on the RFQ. Actual quantities being used are historical nevertheless only for a period approximately of 9 months until history can be obtained through the bidding process. It is the intent of the District to order parts as needed to replenish its inventory as required according to usage for each line item.
