Summary of Specifications:
Part A It is the intent of this bid to establish the terms, conditions, and prices for Bus Parts and Related Supplies to be stocked by the District on an open-end annual contract basis, all in accordance with the attached documents. This is a new bid for Laramie County School District Number One. There is no history in relation to the quantities stated for the parts requested on the RFQ. A quantity of 10 is being used on all line items until annual history can be obtained through the bidding process. It is the intent of the District to order parts as needed to replenish its inventory as required according to usage for each line item. 

Part B It is the intent of this bid to establish the terms, conditions, and percentage discounts, for Bus Parts and Related Supplies, on an open-end annual contract basis, all in accordance with the attached documents.
