Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this proposal to establish the terms, conditions and prices for Computer Hardware, Software, and Related Services, on an open-end annual contract basis, all in accordance with the attached documents. Additionally, it is our intent to have a single vendor solution for computer hardware (computers, servers, and related hardware), Software (Two Microsoft License Agreements: Microsoft Select Agreement and Microsoft School Agreement) and Related Services as defined below.
