This pre-bid meeting will help familiarize vendors with the scope of work and gives the vendors the opportunity to ask clarifying questions. The meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, October 30, 2017, in the Buckhorn Conference Room at the Office of the Larimer County Road and Bridge Department, 2643 Midpoint Drive, Suite C, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Representatives of Larimer County will be present to discuss the project and to answer questions. Vendors are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the meeting. Vendors should read the entire bid document prior to the meeting.
