Additional Bidding Instructions

The proposal submittal requirements are provided below:

Vendors are to complete the entire Scope of Work Attachment (Vendor’s Proposal) AND Attachment U - Final Fiscal Packet 2023-2025 OOA RFP for each service they are proposing to provide.
The completed Scope of Work Attachment (Vendor’s Proposal) including all Requested Documents (listed at the bottom) are to be saved as one (1) .pdf file.
Vendors will upload to Bidnet the completed Scope of Work Attachment (Vendor’s Proposal) AND Attachment U - Final Fiscal Packet 2023-2025 OOA RFP (in Excel format) for each service they are proposing to provide.
- Vendors proposing to provide multiple services will upload to Bidnet multiple completed Scope of Work Attachment (Vendor’s Proposal) AND multiple Attachment U - Final Fiscal Packet 2023-2025 OOA RFP (in Excel Format), one (1) pdf file and one (1) Excel file for each service they are proposing to provide.
  - Example, a vendor proposing to provide both “Congregate Meals & Nutrition Counseling/Education Services” and “Home Delivered Meals & Nutrition Counseling/Education Services”, would submittal two (2) pdf files AND two (2) Excel files (one (1) pdf file AND one (1) Excel file for EACH Service (Scope of Work) proposing to perform services on). That would be a total of four (4) attachments.
As stated in section 3 Instructions to Proposers, after uploading all completed documents, Proposers must click the SUBMIT button. Larimer County will not accept uploads that are “saved” but not “submitted”.

Proposers are encouraged, but not required, to provide one (1) redacted .pdf proposal for EACH Service (Scope of Work/Vendor Proposal) you are proposing on, excluding any information that is not subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act (“CORA”), see page 2 of the RFP for additional information. If we do not receive a redacted copy, the proposer’s original copy will be used to satisfy public records requests.
