Littleton Public Schools, Arapahoe County School District #6 (the District), is issuing this Invitation to Bid for Bid Package #13 for AV Upgrades at schools: ACOMA, CENTENNIAL AFA, EUCLID MS, FIELD ES, LENSKI ES, and PEABODY ES. Each bid must be submitted electronically via Bid Net. The District will receive sealed bids until the date and time indicated on the bid cover. Each bidder is responsible for getting his or her bid submitted via Bid Net on time. Bids received after the date and time of the bid opening will not be evaluated. No oral, telegraphic facsimile or telephone bids or modifications will be accepted.

A pre-bid walk of each school will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 beginning at 9:00 AM (MDST) starting at Centennial Academy of Fine Arts, 3306 West Berry Ave, Littleton, Colorado. After Centennial we will go to Field ES, Peabody ES, Lenski ES, Acoma, and lastly Euclid MS. A limit of 2 personnel per company are allowed at the walk due to COVID. ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID WALK IS MANDATORY.
