3-21-1 - Arapahoe High School General Upgrades

Littleton Public Schools, Arapahoe County School District #6 (the District), is issuing this Invitation to Bid for the 2018 Bond Program, Arapahoe High School General Upgrades Bid Pack #17, project is scheduled for completion by August 3, 2021.
• Replacement of the Auditorium theatrical lighting and associated control equipment
(dimming rack, luminaire connection receptacle, etc.) with a new LED performance lighting
and control system.
• Replacement of the existing Auditorium house lighting and associated controls.
• Relocation of the Auditorium Sound and Lighting Control Booth from the back of
Auditorium mezzanine area to a location on the Auditorium main floor.
• Provide new projector control system and associated audio video system interface with
lighting and sound controls.
Contractors and consultants will be expected to cooperate with the District’s separate consultants and
contractors, coordinating and planning details of all work through the District’s Program Management
Consultant (Jacobs).
It is the intent of the District to contract this scope of work via a General Contractor, per the Terms &
Conditions of the enclosed Agreement, General Conditions and Supplementary General Conditions of the Contract. The selected contractor is responsible for solicitation and contracting of all subcontractors for this scope of work.
