22-001 - Landscape Maintenance

The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified and highly skilled firm to provide full service landscaping care and maintenance at each of our 13 properties. Current construction may add another property to this contract at which time pricing for additional properties will be negotiated with contractor. Contract will have a contract period of one (1) year, with the possibility of up to four (4) optional 1 year renewals for a total of five years. Customer Service is of utmost importance to Union and for its residents. Contractor shall ensure that its personnel perform the required landscaping services on time and on schedule for each property. A full list of Maiker properties is given in the Scope of Work in Attachment B. Contractor shall ensure that work is performed correctly to eliminate callbacks.
