The Public Works Department of Mesa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Consultants interested in evaluating route alternative to connect the Riverfront Trail from its existing endpoint at 33 ½ Road and D ½ Road to the Town of Palisade.  A shared path connection to Mount Garfield Middle School may also be considered as part of the route.

Mesa County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (79 Stat. 252, 42 US.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
