The NFRWQPA is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to retain the services of a consultant firm or firms working in partnership, to prepare a comprehensive Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 9-Element Watershed plan for the Section 208 Region 2 area. This effort will require close coordination with the NFRWQPA and other community stakeholder groups. This document includes background information, outlines the proposed scope of work for the project, details the submission requirements for qualifications and the proposal in response to this RFP, and explains the selection process.
