Description

This work will include drafting requirements necessary for the successful HNS completion via PEAK, and mobile app; complete any necessary development; test design and rule elements; and provide a demo of all features and functions of completed development. The PEAK vendor will initiate the final implementation of the HNS API via PEAK. PEAK will display a page with the HNS questions and collect answers. Once the questions are answered PEAK will call the API for submission of the answers.
